Creating an Account
Learn how to create and set up your UnifiedHytale account.
Getting started with UnifiedHytale is quick and easy. Follow these steps to create your account.
Sign Up
- Click "Sign Up" in the top right corner of the website
- Enter your email address, username, and password
- Check your email for a verification link (check spam folder if needed)
- Click the verification link to activate your account
Choose your username carefully - you cannot change it later!
Profile Setup
After creating your account, customize your profile in Settings:
Avatar
Upload a profile picture (max 2MB, PNG/JPG/WebP format). Square images work best.
Bio
Tell others about yourself. Your bio supports markdown formatting:
- Bold text with
**text** - Italic text with
*text* - Links with
[text](url)
Social Links
Connect your other profiles:
- Discord username
- Twitter/X handle
- GitHub profile
- Personal website
Email Notifications
Configure what updates you want to receive:
- New followers
- Comments on your projects
- Download milestones
- Newsletter and announcements
Account Security
We recommend enabling these security features:
- Strong Password - Use a unique password with at least 12 characters
- Email Verification - Keep your email verified for account recovery
- Two-Factor Authentication - Coming soon!
Deleting Your Account
If you need to delete your account:
- Go to Settings → Account
- Scroll to "Delete Account"
- Confirm your password
- Your account and all data will be permanently deleted
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your projects, comments, and data will be removed.
